2. Reservations and Payments
  • Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or as per the agreed terms.
  • Pricing: All rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Taxes and Fees: Applicable taxes and additional fees (e.g., cleaning fee) will be disclosed during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Flexible Policy: Cancellations made up to 2 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 days of arrival or failure to show up will result in a charge of the total reservation amount.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Reservations marked as non-refundable will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in a charge of the total reservation amount.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
  • Check-In: From 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request.
  • Check-Out: By 10:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
  • Identification: Valid photo ID and credit card matching the reservation name are required at check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities
  • Occupancy Limits: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits specified for your apartment.
  • House Rules: Comply with all house rules, including noise restrictions, smoking policies, and pet regulations.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
  • Conduct: Respect the property, staff, and other guests. Disorderly conduct may result in termination of your stay without refund.

6. Liability
  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Safes are provided in apartments for your convenience.
  • Service Interruptions: We strive to provide uninterrupted services but are not liable for failures due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Nowness Apartment Hotel and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
